Our services begin as early as Freshman year when student athletes need to start getting noticed by college programs. Getting on a coach’s radar early is the goal which comes with responsibilities that we will help you recognize and understand. We will continue the recruiting journey together throughout their Sophomore and Junior year. September 1st is a HUGE day for us all and we will continue to help guide our prospects until they know where they are eventually going to land.
RECRUITING SERVICES

ONLINE RECRUITING PROFILE
After an academic review, we will begin to build your NCAA scouting database online web profile. This is how we display your goals and achievements to provide additional exposure to college coaches who are actively filling rosters. Your profile will feature your personal biographical information, physical attributes, statistics, academic information, accolades and media (press, highlight reels, & pictures)
IDENTIFY TARGET SCHOOLS
The process of identifying potential universities/colleges that meet your academic and athletic goals begins NOW. We establish your goals and research universities and their coaching staff. We examine their recruiting needs for current and future recruiting classes. We analyze “best fit” components that include coaching styles, culture, recruiting styles, prospect traits & style of play to name a few. These components help us determine the “best fit” programs to target.
MESSAGING COACHES 101
Once target schools have been identified, we will coach our athletes on how to properly begin communicating with coaching staffs. Each school appreciates individual attention and we will teach our athletes how to do their due diligence on the schools of their choice.
WE HELP TO IDENTIFY FAMILY VALUES & GOALS
Calling ALL parents….it’s important for us to understand the goals you’ve set for your student athlete. We recommend that families sit down and discuss what kind of college experience they envision. This is a great starting point which will help us to make recommendations, set expectations and build an individual plan.
